By accessing or using Pomobit (“the Service”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the Service.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of digital consent in your country, to use the Service. By using Pomobit you confirm that you meet this requirement.
2. The Service
Pomobit is a productivity tool for Pomodoro-style focus sessions and habit tracking. We may modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Service at any time.
3. Your Account
You sign in with Google. You are responsible for all activity that happens under your account and for keeping your Google credentials secure. Notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
4. Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, attempting unauthorized access, scraping, reverse-engineering, disrupting the Service, or using it for any unlawful purpose.
5. Your Content
You retain ownership of the habits, focus sessions, and other data you create. You grant us a limited license to store and process this data solely to operate and provide the Service to you.
6. Intellectual Property
Pomobit, its logo, and its software are owned by the Pomobit team and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. These Terms do not grant you any right to use our branding without prior written permission.
7. Disclaimer & Limitation of Liability
The Service is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Pomobit team shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
8. Termination
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe may harm the Service or other users.
9. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified in the app or by email. Your continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
